Please note that in most cases companies will use only one entity that you will setup at the beginning of use of LazyPhish. Name is typically the same as organization. Sorting employees to groups is done by user groups not by different entities. Only large companies consisting of a more than one entities or countries where operate may find the usage of more than one entity helpful. We recommend to decide the use more than one entity based on management structure. If you have more companies and each has its own management (e.g. different country, different product line etc.) or IT security department (different brand and IT is not working as group department) we recommend to use different entities.
