Find the row with Organization for which you want to add access. You can use search bar in the upper right corner of the table.
Click on access icon on the right side of the row.

Click on Add Access to Organization button.
This will open dialog window. Select role and write email address of person for which you want to add access. Please check Roles and Access for available Roles and details.
Click on Save button.
Access has been added.

Please note that if the person do not have profile in LazyPhish App and invitation will be sent to the provided email address and the person must register in LazyPhish App. If the person already has profile in LazyPhish it will see the access rights assigned in My Profile overview. |

Find the row with Organization for which you want to delete access. You can use search bar in the upper right corner of the table.
Click on access icon on the right side of the row.

Find the row with access you want to delete. You can use search bar in the upper right corner of the table.
Click on delete icon on the right side of the row.
Click Yes to confirm.
Access is now deleted.
How to add Acccess to Entity
Please follow these steps:
Go to My Organizations Section (https://lazycompany.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/LPS/pages/106889217/LazyPhish+Overview#LazyPhish-Menu-Overview%3A)
Find the row with Organization under which you want to manage entity access. You can use search bar in the upper right corner of the table.
Click on unpack sign at the beginning of tho row:
or you can click on entity icon in the left section of the row:
This will unpack the entity list section.
Click on access icon on the right side of the row.
This will open Entity Access Dashboard.
Click on Add Access to Entity button.
This will open dialog window. Select role and write email address of person for which you want to add access. Please check Roles and Access for available Roles and details.
Click on Save button.
Access has been added.
