get to Subscriptions Dashboard:

1. Login to LazyPhish App

2. Click on your name in the left menu. This will open the profile submenu.

3. Click on SubscriptionsMy Organizations. Here you can see the current subscription details.

4. Click on ORDER SUBSCRIPTION button

5. see the list of your Organizations.

6. Click on shopping basket icon in the row for the organization you want to manage.

7. You will see the following dashboard:

How to Order Trial Subscription:

Go to Subscriptions Dashboard. If you have never activated Trial Subscription you will se the yellow button Activate Trial Subscription.

You can order Trial Subscription by clicking on the yellow button if you have this option.

How to Order Regular Subscription:

1. Go to Subscriptions Dashboard.

2. Click on Order Subscription button.

3. Subscription order wizard will open.

4. Subscription Section - Here you can select the subscription you want to order by clicking on the subscription icon. For more details about the subscription please see Subscriptions and Pricing.

5. Select the subscription you want to order by clicking on the subscription icon. Click on subscription and click on NEXT to continue.

6. Calendar Section - Here you can select the start date for subscription by clicking on the date label. Price calculation presented in this section is based on selected subscription and start date. Please note that:

   1. If you are ordering a new subscription you can set any the start date according to your needswill be adjusted later on to activation date when the payment will be received.

   2. If you are ordering lower subscription than you currently have the earliest start date is end of current subscription.

   3. If you are ordering higher subscription than you currently have you can set any start date and the price will be deducted for remaining subscription fee.

7. Click on NEXT to continue.

8. Billing Details Section - Please check the billing details that will be used for invoice. Please see also Invoicing and VAT.

9. Payment Section - Here you can select the payment method that you want to use.

10. Click on NEXT to continue.

11. Summary Section - Here you can see the order summary of the order.

12. Click on FINISH ORDER to order the subscription.

13. You will receive two email notification. One with order summary and one with payment details.

14. When the payment is received you will get email notification and status of subscription is changed to paid.

15. When the subscription is paid and start day is reached activated the subscription status is changed to active.
