How to create an Organization
Please follow these steps:

Click on Register in upper right corner.

Now please fill out the registration form.

Password must comply with Password Complexity Requirements.

Please read the terms and conditions of LazyPhish App before acceptance.

Click on Register.
...
Account activation link was sent to your email.

Go to your email and activate your account by clicking on Activate Account button.

After successful activation a page like the following should be presented.

Successful activation notification will be also sent to your email.

Now you can login to LazyPhish App and begin initial setup.

Click on Add New Organization button.
Enter Organization Name, select if your company is based in CZ, EU or Non-EU country and provide billing details. These details will be displayed on invoices. Please also check Invoicing and VAT especially if you want to apply for VAT reverse charge.
Click on Create Organization button.
Organization is now ready ready for use.
How to delete an Organization

Please note that this action will delete all data related to the Organization including all Entites, Campaigns and Results. This action can not be undone. |
Please follow these steps:
Go to My Organizations Section (https://lazycompany.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/LPS/pages/106889217/LazyPhish+Overview#LazyPhish-Menu-Overview%3A)
Find the row with Organization you want to delete. You can use search bar in the upper right corner of the table.
Click on delete icon on the right side of the row.
Type “delete” in the dialog window to confirm deletion and click ok.
Organization is now deleted.
How to edit Organization Details
Please follow these steps:

Login to LazyPhish App.

Welcome Section - Initial setup wizard will open on first login. Without completing the initial setup you can not continue and use LazyPhish.

Continue by clicking on NEXT.

Billing Details Section - Please fill out all the billing details for your account. These details will be displayed on invoices. Please also check Invoicing and VAT.

Continue by clicking on NEXT.

Initial Setup Section - Now it is time to setup your first entity. We recommend to start with one entity at the beginning which is the best option for most companies. For more details see Entity.

Write the entity name you want to use. Typically the name of company is used which is predefined. However you can use short version of your company name if you want.

Click on Finish

Find the row with Organization you want to edit. You can use search bar in the upper right corner of the table.
Click on detail icon on the right side of the row.
Name of the Organization used in LazyPhish App can be edited in General Details section. Change is saved by clicking on Update General Details button.
Billing details can be edited in the Billing Details section. Change is saved by clicking on Update Billing Details button.
By click on back arrow you will get back to Organizations Dashboard.
How to Create Entity

Please note that entity can be created only if you have an active subscription. See: Subscription Order |
Please follow these steps:
Go to My Organizations Section (https://lazycompany.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/LPS/pages/106889217/LazyPhish+Overview#LazyPhish-Menu-Overview%3A)
Find the row with Organization under which you want to add entity. You can use search bar in the upper right corner of the table.
Click on unpack sign at the beginning of tho row:
or you can click on entity icon in the left section of the row:
This will unpack the entity list section.
Click on Add New Entity button.
Write name of the Entity. If you are small/single company you can just use name of your Organization.
Click OK to create the Entity.
Entity is now created.

Please note that in most cases you will use only one entity. Name is typically set the same as for Organization. Sorting employees to groups is done by user groups not by different entities. How to edit Entity name
Please follow these steps:
Go to My Organizations Section (https://lazycompany.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/LPS/pages/106889217/LazyPhish+Overview#LazyPhish-Menu-Overview%3A)
Find the row with Organization under which you want to edit Entity. You can use search bar in the upper right corner of the table.
Click on unpack sign at the beginning of tho row:
or you can click on entity icon in the left section of the row:
This will unpack the entity list section.
Find the row with the Entity you want to edit.
Click on rename icon on the right side of the row.
Edit name and Click OK to rename the Entity.
Entity is now renamed.
How to delete Entity
Please follow these steps:

Find the row with Organization with entity you want to delete. You can use search bar in the upper right corner of the table.
Click on unpack sign at the beginning of tho row:
or you can click on entity icon in the left section of the row:
This will unpack the entity list section.
Find the row with the Entity you want to delete.
Click on delete icon on the right side of the row.
Click on Yes to delete the Entity.
Entity is now deleted.
