Go to “Users” section in left menu.
Click on + NEW GROUP button.
You will be prompted for name of new user group. Enter the name and click on OK.
User Group will be created and you should see the user group in overview now.
Adding Users to specific User Group

Go to “Users” section in left menu.
Click on Users View in upper left corner.
Too Add users you click on “UPLOAD USERS TO ENTITY” yellow button.
Message prompt with requirements for file upload will pop up. Please note that in this type of upload you can also predefine the User Group where the user belongs and also add them to multiple groups. For more detail refer to Technical Parameters for User Upload.

Click OK and select the CSV file in correct format.
After successful upload you should see all the imported users in User View and assigned to all user groups defined in the CSV file.
