Importing Users

Importing users directly in Group overview

Users can be imported through CSV file. The structure of CSV file should be following:

Email; First Name; Last Name
Email; First Name; Last Name

Please do not use header row.

Importing users directly in Users overview

Users can be imported through CSV file. The structure of CSV file should be following:

Email; First Name; Last Name; User Group Name
Email; First Name; Last Name;User Group Name

Please note that in this type of upload you can also predefine the User Group where the user belongs. Non-existing groups will be created and users will be added to the specific groups.

If you want to add users in more user groups add them once more in the CSV file with the same email, first name, last name but with the different user group.

Please do not use header row.
